When do my credits reset?
Free credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Subscription credits reset on the next billing period shown in your account. Unused credits do not roll over.
How many credits does each tool use?
Background removal and product-photo editing cost one credit each. Object removal costs two credits because its inpainting model is more computationally expensive.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Once Stripe billing portal is enabled, open it from Dashboard. If it is not available yet, contact us for assistance. Cancellation and access dates follow Stripe billing records.
Will my images be stored?
Temporary input and output files are automatically deleted after approximately 60 minutes. We keep minimal job metadata for operational, fraud prevention and billing purposes.
